LUNCH POP-UPS AT CATAPULT

SPRING POP-UP SERIES!

Catapult’s Kitchen Incubator is home to over 30 unique food-based businesses creating everything from specialty spice blends to Texas-style BBQ.

This spring Catapult will feature five kitchen members in our Spring Pop-Up Series from March 13th to May 19th. Join us Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 2:00pm, for lunch created by Lakeland’s entrepreneurs.

Mondays: Salavate Pasta

Riccardo Sala & Matthew Vonderembse

With their experience in luxury establishments, Matt & Ricky aim to provide great food and incredible experiences at private dinners, catering events, and the Spring Pop-Up Series!

Sample Menu Items: Fresh made rigatoni, burrata salad, and focaccia sandwiches 

 

  Tuesdays: Our Noire Kitchen

Kadean & Laures Dockery

Recognize these two? Kadean & Laures are bringing Tasty Tuesday back to the series. This duo makes fine dining accessible and spice up your life with bold and innovative flavors.

Sample Menu Items: Chipotle chicken tacos, mojo pork tostones, and shrimp tacos

Wednesdays: Baking Brewer

Meghin Magliano

Meghin specializes in craft beer infused bakes and is bringing a new brunch-inspired savory menu to the series!

Sample Menu Items: Buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwiches, BLTs with candied bacon, and pesto sandwiches

Thursdays: Plates on Deck

Ken & Ziomara James 

Chef Ken brings a variety of cuisines to the table with his elevated approach to soul food – think home cooking meets fine dining.  

Sample Menu Items: Seafood boil, honey bourbon salmon, egg roll flights, and fried shrimp with mac attack

Fridays: Dominick’s

Dominick D’Agostino

Dominick’s menu features a variety of Italian classics plus his signature meatball pocket sub. Finish off your work-week strong with a delicious lunch from Dominick!

Sample Menu Items: Baked ziti, meatball pocket subs, caprese salad, and chicken parmesan sandwiches

PARKING

Find parking on the west side of the building and the patio on the east side of the building. Follow the posted signs when you arrive to get to the pop-up window.

Where are the pop-ups located?

The pop-up series is held on the Catapult patio located at 502 E Main Street, Lakeland Florida. 

When is the Spring Pop-Up Series happening?

The Spring Pop-Up Series will run March 13th to May 19th, Monday through Friday, 11am to 2pm.

Who can attend?

Everyone! Whether you are a Catapult member, Lakeland resident, or visiting from out-of-town, all are welcome to enjoy food from Lakeland’s startups.

Where can I find the menu?

The startups will promote their menus on Instagram and Facebook. Keep an eye out for rotating menus, there will always be something new to try at the Spring Pop-Up Series. 

Is there parking available?

Yes! Our parking lot is available for pop-up series guests as well as the street parking in front of our building. Check out the parking map above and posted signs around the building to get from the parking lot to the patio. 

Is there seating available?

Yes! Our outdoor patio features plenty of seating, umbrellas for shade, and a beautiful view of Lake Mirror.

What if it starts to rain?

Barring extreme weather, we will continue rain or shine! In the event of rain, check the Catapult instagram for indoor seating updates.
