We house a kitchen incubator, which is a commercial kitchen that has the equipment and capacity to help your business grow. Our space is equipped with tools for food-based start-ups to take your idea from concept to reality.

Our goal for each of the businesses who use our space is to launch into a brick and mortar space of their own – whether that is a shared retail space or a manufacturing facility.

MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
To become a member:
- Fill out our Application Form
- Schedule a tour of the kitchen
- Complete an interview and tasting
MEMBER NECESSITIES
- Employer Identification Number
- Business Bank Account
- Insurance
- Food Managers Certification
**These are not required in your initial application.

Try Lakeland’s newest cuisine through our pop-up window, open to the public and members alike! Featuring a rotating line-up of our kitchen members, there is always something new to discover.
Covered outdoor seating is available, or grab a meal to-go. Find the pop-up window on the east side of the building near the Lakeland Station.
