I love to help people and bring my heart to everything that I do. I came to Lakeland three years ago, very reluctantly, and have since fallen in love with it and never want to leave. I am so grateful for this community and am glad to be a part of it.

Lynzee AleeseEstablish 37
Establish 37 was formed out of a difficult season in my life. Through an unfortunate strand of events, I was brought to a place where I knew God was calling me to walk away from something so He could bring me to something better. During the waiting for what was next, I was brought to Psalms 37 where it talks about if you give your plans to the Lord, He will do it. He will Establish them. The purpose of EST.37 is to be a place where others can commit their plans to Him and they will be established. Whether it be a guest who enters the doors and shares her dreams with her stylist or if it is a stylist building her business, let it be done here. This is a place where we can form a community and do life together. We believe that truly the best is yet to come and that there is gold is every piece of your story.

Scott AudetteScott Audette Underwater
I have been in business as Scott Audette Inc since 2001. Scott Audette Underwater works underneath that business. I love photography and design. It's all I've ever known. But I have another passion and that's being wet. Finally, last year during the height of the pandemic I decided it was time to try and combine those two things. So, it was during that period scottaudetteunderwater.com was launched. We started with products using underwater photos I had already taken and eventually that morphed into shooting under water portraits here in our Lakeland swimming pool. I'm hoping to land somewhere in between. That being to continue shooting portraits but also in designing men's board shorts with the ocean driven photos I am taking.

Emma BairoThe Take Heart Project
My name is Emma Bairo, and I am from Louisville, Kentucky. Though I was born and raised there, I am happy to now call Lakeland home. I have been here for the last three and half years attending Florida Southern College, but as I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, I wasn't ready to leave this city I had grown to love. For four months, I have interned with The Take Heart Project everywhere from workspaces in Catapult to villages in Kenya. I am grateful that in the coming weeks, we will return from Kenya, and I will continue to complete my master's degree in Business Administration, as well as continue working with this incredible organization.

Charlene CampbellGlobal Virtual Academy
Global Virtual Academy was officially founded on July 9, 2020. After much research, deliberation, and planning, it was determined that a safe, engaging, interactive, small school experience is what is needed in this current, and the future, virtual schooling environment.
Systems put into place were based on collective school administration experience, professional virtual school startup advice, and peer-reviewed research. Our determinations for the future of virtual schooling were confirmed in a 2019 report made by the National Education Policy Center: Reduce the number of student-to-teacher ratios, high-quality curricula aligned with state standards, a focus on student mastery of curricular objectives, and teacher license requirements. In this wake, Global Virtual Academy was founded.
With the aid of a venture capitalist and the time of a former British colleague based in the UK, Global Virtual Academy started building, virtually. We are now able to accommodate up to 350 virtual students and teachers. We have the ability to quickly source experienced, high-quality teachers, register students on a secure platform, and provide live classes in a safe, virtual environment. We can provide educational services using our high-quality, engaging grades 6-12 accredited curriculum, as well as provide educational services for any other course or curriculum as needed.
We are in partnership negotiations with the Get a Board Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to providing at-risk youth opportunities through action sports, the arts, and education.
