CO.STARTERS is an engaging 9-week course that takes you from concept to up-and-running business.

The class meets for nine weeks, once a week, in the evenings for three hours. You’ll work with an expert entrepreneurial facilitator and other founders looking to build their dreams. By the end of the course, you will know exactly what you must do to be successful. Then, just execute.

The roadmap to your success starts here. The CO.STARTERS program follows The Business Model Canvas, which helps a potential entrepreneur visually outline each piece of the puzzle a business needs for sustainability.

The power of CO.STARTERS is in the Canvas. By starting small, you can test all of your assumptions without making large investments or mistakes. Once you discover what works and what doesn’t, you can pivot or continue to move forward.

CO.STARTERS will be facilitated by Dick Pellegrini, President + Founder of Pilgrim Associates. Dick earned a Humanities degree from the University of Vermont followed by Graduate studies in Business Operations at Clark University and Strategic Marketing at Harvard University.

He holds long-standing memberships in the American Management Association, American Marketing Association, Turnaround Management Association, American Society of CEOs, and Vistage.

Dick also serves on several Boards of Directors in the business and community sectors.
