Diana is the co-founder of DOU Bakehouse, a thriving wholesale bakery that supplies baked goods to hotels, cruise lines, parks, and resorts across Central Florida. Since its creation in 2015 in a commercial kitchen, DOU has grown into a multimillion-dollar enterprise, known for its quality products and exceptional service.
With a passion for giving back to the community, Diana volunteers her time at Catapult, where she mentors budding food business entrepreneurs. She brings her expertise in production scheduling, project management, sourcing, and cost control to help new businesses navigate their entrepreneurial journey with greater ease and confidence.
