William “Bill” Lippy is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the energy efficiency and solar industries, most notably serving as President, CEO, and Board Member of Fi-Foil Company in Auburndale, Florida, where he led the company’s growth from $4M to $25M before its sale in 2021. A pioneer in solar innovation, Bill has owned and operated solar energy businesses, consulted for utilities like Lakeland Electric, and currently invests in SOLEnergy, LLC. He is also President and Board Member of Platform Art and a past president of the Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association. With a BA in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Master’s Certification in Building Science, Bill brings strategic insight, technical knowledge, and a deep commitment to mentoring entrepreneurs in building sustainable, growth-oriented ventures.
