She is an advocate for children in Polk County as a Guardian ad Litem, and she admires authentic writers and great storytellers. Traveling is one of her favorite things to do, especially going north to experience fall each year.

What is your business? Help(her) connects small businesses with an on-demand solution to meet their task-related needs. Weconnect you with individual contractor, referred to as “Help(her)s”, at an hourly rate. We take your to-do list and turn it into a done-did!

Who are your clients? We work with small businesses who can’t hire someone full-time due to financial constraints and are not yet in a place to hire someone part-time due to not having consistent work.

What are some business wins? I attended Catapult’s CO.STARTERS this last semester with only a business concept and now we are officially launching Help(her) in January 2020!

What are your short-term goals? Launch Help(her) Cohort with 5 people in January, build Help(her) membership within the next 6 months and meet at least 5 task-related needs a month.

Why Lakeland? It’s home- I have lived here for 20 years. Lakeland loves Lakeland; I love that we support each other.

How has Catapult helped you? They provided a space for me to be curious, they are supportive and have been one of my biggest cheerleaders. 863.529.3527
