My name is Gio and I am a chef. I grew up in Lakeland always dreaming of having my own spot in town. A couple of years ago I moved to New York to go to culinary school. Over that time I worked in all kinds of kitchens, food media company's, and bakeries. Everything I gained from those experiences went straight to conceptualizing my dream. I moved back a few months ago and have decided I am ready to take the first steps towards building my business - and I love to do that at Catapult.
