Florida Poly’s team, Phoenix Racing, placed 3rd at this year’s Electrek Formula Sun Grand Prix in Bowling Green, Kentucky! This was a huge accomplishment, as it was only their second year competing, placing them on the podium with well tenured schools. With parts of their solar car being manufactured at Catapult and even sporting the Catapult logo on the side of the car, Florida Poly’s team has made major improvements since first entering the competition last year.
