Florida Polytechnic University and Lakeland-based tech company Sittadel are teaming up to strengthen the region’s cybersecurity workforce through a new, student-powered Security Operations Center (SOC) on Florida Poly’s campus.
The partnership combines Florida Poly’s innovation-focused education with Sittadel’s industry expertise, creating hands-on opportunities for students to monitor and defend against real-world cyber threats. This collaboration not only enhances Florida Poly’s cybersecurity programs but also helps meet the growing need for skilled professionals in Florida’s tech economy.
