We all dream and some of our dreams are realistic, while others are just simply not feasible. This is your opportunity to think about your process and service capabilities, the products and services you’re planning to offer, and the what, the when, the how, and the who of this new world you are about to create.

 

It Takes A Village

Nothing beats creating (or revisiting) your vision & mission statement, ensuring what you communicate reflects what you’re capable of. THIS is critical. With a solid scope, clear goals, a feasible list of products & services, and a clear mission, you’ll be ready to build that village and begin thinking about who will do what and how much you’ll pay them to do it.

 

Money

Understanding the cost of doing business is crucial in the business start-up process. Knowing how many products or services you need to sell to break even is necessary to determine whether or not you can make it. We finish off this section with the development of a budget and an overview of a popular accounting software.

Completing a data-driven, customer-centered, fact-providing business plan and marketing strategy wraps up this business-building process. In addition we’ll walk through the importance of job descriptions, contracts, and the top 2-3 projects you need to start working on today!
